    1. login to CSC portal
    2. select the product
    3. fill the vehicle details
    4. calculate premium and pay

    Answer ->

    Login digital seva portal- Click on insurance- on Bajaj TP/COMPREHENSIVE-Click on connect with digital seva-Scroll down and click on download policy pdf

  3. 3. Can two wheeler comprehensive policy be issued if policy is expired?
    Answer ->

    Yes we can do two wheeler comprehensive policy through portal without inspection. For four wheeler inspection required.

  4. 4. When can we take NCB?
    Answer ->

    NCB can be given in following scenario-Policy is running-Expiry period is under 90 days-Running/previous policy does not hold any claim-Running/previous policy is not transferred

  5. 5. What is CPA and what type of cover it is?
    Answer ->

    CPA stands for Compulsory Personal Accident and it can be only given to owner of the Vehicle and hold cover of 15,00,000/-

  6. 6. What documents are required for correction and to whom it is to be shared?
    Answer ->

    Required Clear RC copy along with Policy Pdf with proper correction details, it should be shared respective relationship manager or mail to bagic4cschelp@bajajallianz.co.in

  7. 7. How to download or search policy pdf from Maximus portal after fail status or any reason?
    Answer ->

    Login digital seva portal
    -Click on Bajaj tp product
    -Click on policy servicing option then select view policy from drop down
    -Click on advance search then LOB – select prepared product motor/health
    -Enter start date and end date and search then you can download the policy pdf.

    Answer ->

    Login digital seva portal
    -Click on TP Product
    -Click on policy servicing option
    -enter policy number on search box
    -after search select endorse policy option
    From dropdown select required category for endorsement
    Upload required document
    Submit and downed the endorse policy copy.

    Answer ->

    YES

  10. 10. Can we renew other company health policy from our channel?
    Answer ->

    yes (before 45 day)

    Answer ->

    once you click on TP product
    Portal redirect to maximus
    Click on transaction option on task bar
    Select saved quote option from drop down
    Click on advance search then LOB then choose Motor/health
    Enter start date end date and search
    In drop down quote appear or you may search from vehicle number also

    yes
    By click on claim option which is reelect on maximus portal user can register claim.

    Answer ->

    Yes

  14. 14. Minimum/maximus sum insured we can select for health insurance?
    Answer ->

    minimum 3 lac and maximus 5 lac

    30 days from the date of buy insurance

  16. 16. Preexisting diseases cover in health insurance?
    Answer ->

    yes after 2 years preexisting diseases cover (applicable for health ensure plan)

    a- Yes minimum 24 hours hospitalization require
    b- If disease cover under Day care no need for hospitalization

  18. 18. Co-payment chares at the time of claim?
    Answer ->

    No (nil copayment in health ensure policy)

  19. 19. What is Entry age under health ensure plan?
    Answer ->

    - Minimum Entry age for Self, Spouse, Parents, Sister, Brother, Parents In law, Aunt
    Uncle – 18yr –life time
    Minimum Entry age for Dependent Child/Grandchild - 3 months – 30 yrs

  20. 20. What is the Policy period?
    Answer ->

    Policy can be taken for 1year/2years OR 3years.

  21. 21. Maternity cover in health ensure plan?
    Answer ->

    NO

  22. 22. Accident cover under this policy if yes then from when?
